Fakhriyar Jabbarov, Chief Executive Officer
Is Experienced executive professional with history of working in private and government sectors, as well as international financial institutions.
In 2000, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Law from Baku State University, followed by a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of York in 2003. Additionally, he graduated from the London Business School in 2014, successfully completing an executive education in Strategic Management.
Between 2001 and 2024, Fakhriyar Jabbarov held key positions in government institutions and the private sector. At various times, he held the positions of Counsel on Private Sector Development at The World Bank, First Deputy CEO of Synergy Group Investment Management Company, followed by senior positions at Financial Market Supervisory Authority and Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Yunis Mammadli, Deputy Chief Executive Officer
With over 10 years of professional experience, has worked in the fields of banking, finance and auditing.
In 2012, he received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, and in 2015, a master’s degree in financial control and audit.
As a continuation of his education, in 2017, he completed all stages of ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) certification and became a member. In 2018, he received the CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) certificates from the Institute of Internal Auditors, and in 2019, he received the CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) certificates from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
He began his professional activity in 2013 and held leading positions in Pasha Life, Neqsol Holding and other companies in various years.
Elvin Mammadov, Chief Commercial Officer
Elvin Mammadov is a commercial leader with more than 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development. During his career, he has held senior management positions in both local and international companies, leading business growth, market expansion, and team development initiatives.
He holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in International Economic Relations from Azerbaijan State University of Economics.
As Chief Commercial Officer, Elvin is responsible for the company’s Sales and Marketing operations. He focuses on strengthening market presence, driving sustainable growth, and supporting the company’s long-term business objectives.
Khayyam Osmanov, Chief Operating Officer
He has more than 10 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain management, distribution, and sales operations.
In 2012, he received a bachelor’s degree in Organization of Transport and Land Transport Engineering from the Azerbaijan Technical University and, in 2022, a master’s degree in Transport Organization and Management Engineering.
He began his professional career in 2013 and has held leading positions throughout his career in the oil and gas, FMCG, and retail sectors. He has managed logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, distribution, and supply chain management processes across these industries.
He joined Prime Light LLC as Head of Supply Chain in August 2024 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in December 2025.
Currently, he oversees sales planning, demand forecasting, procurement, warehouse and distribution operations, administrative processes, as well as data analytics and customer data management within the company.
